I'm Lisa Schuler .I'm an artist offering creative decorative faux finishing , pet portraits, botanicals and other original works of art centering around themes of wildlife and nature. I've been creating decorative art and picture framing for clients for 25 plus years. I've been blessed to work in the most amazing homes with amazing people all over the East Coast and Europe. My mediums vary depending on the project. At this point in time as an artist. I feel as tho I've painted on every possible surface out there.Some of my techniques include gold leafing, clay plasters, antique mirror , wood grains and rough barn wood ,marbles ,granite, onyx, metallic finishes,stencilling, and all assorted paint finishes. For my pet portraits and artwork I generally work in acrylics.For faux finishing I use many types of products to achieve the desired effect. Lets make something beautiful together.
Father,Son and Holy Spirit are my main inspiration along with the beautiful area where I live. From my community of beautiful souls and it's history, To all of the four-legged ,two legged, swimmers and flyers and all the wonderful plants growing thru all four seasons. The source of inspiration is endless. With my help I hope to inspire you to create and frame pet portraits, faux finishing and artwork reflecting on these themes.
